How about light and sun?
Front Row-stage one
Each Luxury Villa has been designed to be as light and spacious as possible. The living room frontage features approx. 5 metres in height of floor to ceiling glass with over sized 2.4 metres doors opening out to the lake. Each Villa features a paneled glass sky light running almost the entire length of the apartments with feature rear windows over the study and bath, ensuring that all Villas are bathed in light and sun.
Elevated Row-Stage two
Prime position for light and sun, the top living floor at the peak of the site features light pouring in from both front and rear balconies again with generous skylights. In addition it has a stunning glass vertical frontage that runs vertically up all floors, letting light pour into the stairway areas and ensuring that only the wine cellar and central bathroom is untouched by natural light.
How high are the ceilings?

Each luxury Villa is designed to provide the maximum feeling of spaciousness. The living area features a cathedral double height ceiling which will be in excess of 5 metres, allowing not only an uninterrupted view of Lake Wanaka and mountains, but a stunning sense of space and open views to the stars at night. The living and bedroom floors will be in excess of 2.4 metres in height.
Elevated Row-stage two
Again generous ceilings heights throughout, with the living frontage being a generous 2.7 metres with large 2.4 metre glass sliding doors opening to the most spectacular views on the site, the rear of the living and kitchen ceiling graduate to a stunning 3.5 metres providing incredible light, openness and allowing the option of natural ventilation on hot summers days where a breeze can flow from one balcony to another. The entrance foyer and ground floor ceiling height will be approx. 2.7 metres with between 2.4 to 2.7 metre ceilings on the middle level floor.
How big are the terraces?
Front Row -stage one
Each terrace will be approx.10 sqm, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a six seat dining table and barbeque. The 2.4 metre glass doors will open up to provide a seamless indoor outdoor flow towards Lake Wanaka.The ground floor bedrooms will open onto a private landscaped courtyard suitable for an outdoor Jacuzzi.

As stage one with the living floor having front and rear terraces totaling 16 sqm combined to capitalize on the best of all day sun. The ground floor bedrooms will also open onto a private landscaped courtyard suitable for an outdoor Jacuzzi.
How about privacy?
Each luxury Villa will be divided by concrete insulated walls so there will be no noise impact on neighbours. All windows will be double glazed to ensure heat is retained during winter and sound is kept out. Each Villa has privacy screens on the terraces while the schist courtyard walls are designed to provide privacy from neighbouring courtyards, without compromising sun.
What appliances are provided with each home?
Apartments feature a fully integrated gourmet designer kitchen with the highest quality appliances: two door fridge with water and ice maker, double dishwasher drawer, oversized gas hobs, electric fan assisted oven and microwave, integrated plate warmer. Appliances will be high end steel finished selecting the best from the Fisher and Paykel and Miele range. Washer and dryer will also be included.
Will the Villa be wired for multi-room hi-fi and home theatre?
High quality hidden cables will run through the wall cavities allowing buyers to enjoy hi-fi and home theatre in a multiple of rooms if they choose.
How about garaging?
Each lakeside Villa has ample room for two cars and direct internal access. The Garage door will be remote controlled and high enough to accommodate a Hilux equivalent four wheel drive with roof rack.
How about heating?
Each Villa will have thermostat under floor heating and a gas fireplace; all windows will be double glazed to ensure your Villa is quiet and constantly warm during winter.
Will the Villas have a central vacuum system?
Yes each floor will have an outlet for a central vacuum system.
Is there a nearby golf course?
The apartments are less than a 10 minute stroll to Wanaka golf course, a delightful eighteen hole course taking in breathtaking lakeside views of Lake Wanaka. The international championship Millbrook golf course is only a 40 minute drive away.
Is there a place for a boat?
The local Marina is approx.100 metres walk from outside your front door. Owners with one car have room for a car sized boat in the garage.
How about restaurants and cafes?
Wanaka has a wonderful choice of restaurants and cafes to enjoy all within a very short walking distance of the Villas so you can enjoy a bottle of wine with dinner without having to worry about who is going to be the designated driver.
